Sometimes emotions feel overwhelming

Together, we explore:

  • How emotions live within the body

  • Feeling more alive, embodied, and aware

  • How to move through feelings that once felt overwhelming

  • How to build capacity for uncertainty and change

  • How to reconnect with your body's wisdom and sensations

  • How to express what words sometimes can't

  • How to develop tools for regulation, grounding, and self-connection

This space welcomes presence, curiosity, listening, movement, breath and softening.

Anxiety, grief, anger, stress, and uncertainty can leave us feeling disconnected from ourselves - frozen, stuck, or like we're constantly trying to hold everything together.

Through the wisdom of Somatic Therapy and Trauma-informed practices, I offer a space where you can gently reconnect with your body, explore what you're feeling, and develop a deeper sense of safety within yourself.

This work brings more awareness towards the resources that we all have within us - the breath, posture, the way we show up in space, gentle movement, pacing - and learning how to lean into these resources more and more.

When we move with awareness, we return home to ourselves.

A Space to Return to Yourself

This work is about slowly building a relationship with yourself where your body starts to feel like a place you can return to. A place where you can notice. Feel. Process. Rest. Grow.

Do you feel?

  • "I feel stuck and disconnected from myself."

  • "My emotions feel overwhelming and I don't know what to do with them."

  • "I feel anxious, frozen, or constantly in my head."

  • "I want to reconnect with my body."

  • "I'm moving through grief, change, burnout, or a difficult transition."

  • "I want to feel more alive, expressive, and connected."

In our sessions, we may combine Movement Therapy, somatic exploration, body-awareness practices, nervous-system regulation tools, creative expression, reflective conversation, and embodied mindfulness. Each session is shaped around you, your experience, and what your body is ready to explore.
